古くより大般若経600巻すべてを転読することにより皆さまの願いが成就すべく、多くの寺院僧侶出仕のもとに執り行われる伝統的法要です。皆さまに於かれましてはこの特別な祈願法要にご参拝のうえ、神仏とご縁を結び、ご祈願いただきますようご案内申し上げます。また、この法要を境に当山では参道や境内のモミジやイチョウが赤や黄色に彩られ一山の紅葉を迎えますので皆さまお誘わせのうえお参りください。大般若経お加持法要のお加持をご希望される方は、当日11時頃より頓証寺殿前において受付いたしますので、お時間になりましたら頓証寺殿内でお座りいただき、法要中に僧侶のお加持を受けた後にお加持札を授与いたします。
In this traditional Buddhist ceremony, held since ancient times, monks come from various temples to recite all 600 scrolls of the Great Perfection of Wisdom Sutra to pray for the fulfilment of the wishes of the participants. Around the time of the ceremony, the maple and ginkgo trees along the approach to the temple and within the temple grounds begin to turn brilliant shades of red and yellow, and the entire mountainside becomes a mass of autumn colours. If you wish to receive a blessing, registration opens at around 11:00 am at Tonshojiden on the day of the ceremony. Participants will be seated inside the hall during the ceremony and, afterwards, will receive a sacred amulet.
