古来より日本では「正五九参り」と申し、とくに正月は物事の始まりの月として、開運厄除、身体健康、家内安全などの運気上昇を願い寺社に詣で、ご祈祷を受け、勝縁を得るという習わしがあります。当山におきましては、皆さまにご勝縁を授かっていただきたく大護摩供と大般若会を行います。どなた様でも添え護摩祈願、火渡り修行はお申込みいただけます。10時頃より各種申込受付13時より大護摩供、14時より大般若会を頓証寺殿にて行います。
In Japan, since ancient times, there has been a long-standing tradition known as shogoku-mairi, where people visit temples or shrines during the auspicious months of January, May and September. January, in particular, marks the beginning of the year and is a time when many people pray for good fortune, protection from misfortune, good health and family safety. At Shiromineji, we hold Ogomaku (goma fire ritual) and daihannya-e (sutra reading). Everyone is welcome to attend the goma fire ritual and participate in the fire walking. Applications open at around 10:00 am, Ogomaku starting at 1:00 pm Daihannya-e at 2:00 pm at Tonshojiden.
